One of our best clients here at Inverse Square Media are Kinnarps (who manufacture superb office furniture and are the third biggest furniture manufacturer in the world!) asked us to look at a concept for a video to show the operation of their Series 6000 office chair. These chairs are designed to be fully adaptable to all different shapes and sizes of people and we needed to create a simple but informative video to highlight the operation of the various levers and knobs etc.
Initially we thought that a straight forward video clip would do the trick but then Pete had the great idea of using a series of still images to create a flickbook style movie clip. This enabled us to spend more time on each individual shot making sure that the chair was perfectly lit and that each feature was clearly illustrated.
The video clip needed to be punchy and pacy and the voiceover had to reflect this so we wrote a script that kept up with the feel of the video but that also put across the relevant information.
